Tokyo Railfest

We attended the Tokyo Rail Festival (12th Annual) in Hibiya Park in Tokyo. The festival had a miniature Thomas Tank Engine to ride and many booths operated by numerous rail companies, advertising and selling rail items as well as independent vendors selling memorabilia.
